This year the Dean Biancavilla Award is presented to the Oswego Lighthouse Volunteers. This award is given to an individual, group, or organization(s) that have successfully advocated on behalf of a specific local historic property or landscape. Since 2014 volunteers have been engaged in hands-on restoration work at the lighthouse, working to return the property to its former glory nearly a century ago. This is the real meat and potatoes of preservation work, and PACNY is proud to recognize their efforts!
