Update: 17 May 2014 – Thank you for all of your support for the 2014 PACNY Awards Ceremony! The event is officially full. We cannot wait to share this evening with you. For those who couldn’t get a spot – we will see you next year. Or better yet – we will see you soon at one of our other events this year!

Please join us as we honor those advocates who have made significant contributions to the preservation of Central New York’s historic resources. We are very excited to celebrate the wonderful preservation stories of this past year and hope you will join us in supporting this cause. This year’s ceremony will recognize the following awardees:

Please join the Preservation Association of Central New York (PACNY) for our 2014 Awards Ceremony to honor outstanding achievements in historic preservation in our community. The event will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the High Peaks Club which is located on the top floor of the State Tower Building (109 South Warren Street) in Downtown Syracuse. A LOOK AT SYRACUSE’S SOCIAL REFORMERS AND THEIR HOMES

Thursday March 27, 2014 at 7:00 pm – Fayetteville Free Library, 300 Orchard St, Fayetteville, NY

Please join the Preservation Association of CNY as we look at some of Central New York’s noted social reformers and the restoration of their historic homes. The illustrated talk will feature Matilda Joslyn Gage, Harriet May Mills, Isabel Howland, Harriet Tubman and more!

Speaker: Elizabeth Crawford

Beth Crawford Beth Crawford is a Senior Associate & Designer with Crawford & Stearns Architects and Preservation Planners where she has participated in the preservation and adaptive use of hundreds of buildings across New York State. Beth is active with the Preservation Association of Central New York having joined the PACNY board in 2001 and previously served as a volunteer to the organization for over 15 years. Beth lives in Eastwood in a 100 year old house with her architect husband Randy Crawford and their two rescued cats.
