With nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit management, archaeology, and historic preservation, Nicole brings a comprehensive perspective and deep commitment to PACNY’s mission. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in historical research and fieldwork, grant management, and strategic planning, while also fostering strong connections with cultural institutions, agencies, and community advocates.
Her academic background includes a BA in Anthropology, CAS in Cultural Heritage Preservation, and MA in Museum Studies, all from Syracuse University. Nicole formerly served on PACNY’s Board of Directors and currently sits on the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board. She is also an active member of the Museum Association of New York and the Association of Fundraising Professionals CNY Chapter.
Nicole is passionate about reframing preservation as an accessible, engaging approach to community development and cultural heritage. She looks forward to utilizing her personal and professional experiences to empower local advocates and introduce historic preservation to new audiences.
